Deancast Components Ltd has been established for over 60 years in manufacturing high quality aluminum castings.
Based in Stourbridge the company is accredited with BS5750/ISO 9002 and are also BAe approved. Deancast
specialise in castings for the automotive, marine, electrical and architectural industries.
The flexible range of casting facilities allows production of small batch and high volume
parts using conventional and semi-automatic gravity die casting techniques.
Dies can be manufactured from a CAD 3D solid modelling suite.
All dies are maintained in the in-house tool room: hourly checks are made on castings to ensure that they are
dimensionally accurate and porosity free; furnaces are temperature controlled to ensure perfect metal flow.
